. Secure approval from the District Director to host an Alpha Awareness Seminar.

. Schedule a Risk Management Seminar with your Area Director.

. Update your Chapter Directory via Alphanet or send a hardcopy to National and a photocopy to the District Director.

. Send the Chapter President’s E-Mail Address (chapter president or a representative) to the District Director.
